2026 818 Wealth Festival Marks Decade: AI in Core Services, Smart Orders 32,500, Guotai Haitong Lingxi Serves

The 818 Wealth Festival has now reached its tenth year. Over the past year, AI applications in the securities industry have moved from front-end interaction and marketing displays to deeper business-process integration and service-capability enhancement. During the 2026 festival, some brokerages are shifting AI from "marketing support" to "core services," with AI penetrating multiple stages of wealth management. Guoxin Securities has strengthened the combination of AI with client-engagement scenarios, using client profiling, Chat-BI, and enterprise WeChat service systems to help frontline staff identify client needs and discover service opportunities. Sinolink Securities has completed an intelligent upgrade of its app, where the system uses multi-dimensional data modeling, integrating user holdings, watchlists, browsing behavior, trading preferences, and risk levels to proactively push relevant services. Huaxin Securities has deeply integrated AI-powered intelligent service robots in 2026, embedding them in investment research data analysis, strategy review, and frontline service support.

Client acceptance of intelligent decision-making tools has risen year by year. Guoyuan Securities data shows that one in every ten actively trading clients uses a smart advisory product. Guoxin Securities' smart condition orders have been signed by 32,500 clients, accounting for more than 15% of active accounts, with cumulative trading volume of nearly RMB 50 billion. Everbright Securities currently serves clients with three smart tools—Level2, Shenqi San Jianke, and Event-Driven—and after the festival's limited-time trial, the conversion rate for paid subscriptions is gradually increasing. Guotai Haitong has deployed digital-human video reports, covering scenarios such as pre-market news preview, intraday market interpretation, and post-market review, and routinely applies them to short videos for investment-advisory viewpoints. Zhongtai Securities uses digital-human technology to produce the program "Zhongtai Research on the Market," while also mass-producing digital-human short videos for platforms such as Douyin and Xiaohongshu. Huaxin Securities focuses digital-human technology on investor education, 7×24-hour intelligent Q&A, and basic business guidance.
