Apple iPhone 18 Pro Enters Full Production, New Color Options Expected

Published: Updated: By 24TopNews Editorial Desk

Apple has reportedly begun full-scale production of the iPhone 18 Pro, with a complete color overhaul planned. The device will not retain the three colors of the iPhone 17 Pro, and the previously rumored silver option has been ruled out. Dark cherry appears to be the leading color, while other shades remain uncertain.

As of September 1, 2026, according to tipster "Dingjiao Digital," Apple's iPhone 18 Pro has entered full-scale production. Currently, no signs of a silver model have been found in the Chinese market. Apple is set to completely overhaul the color options for the iPhone 18 Pro, discontinuing the three colors used for the iPhone 17 Pro. The previously rumored silver will not be among the new choices, though various reports offer differing accounts of the final color lineup.

The flagship color has been described at different times as deep red and dark cherry, with other reported options including light blue, dark gray, and silver. There remains disagreement over which colors will ultimately be selected.

Recent images of model units and SIM card trays suggest that dark cherry has largely become the primary color, but it is still uncertain whether light blue, sky blue, black, dark gray, and silver will make the final cut. The return of black is also unconfirmed; Apple had considered black and steel gray for the iPhone 17 Pro but ultimately abandoned both options.
