New Energy Passenger Vehicle Exports Hit 540,000 Units in July, Up 147.8% Year on Year

Data from the China Passenger Car Association show that new energy passenger vehicle exports reached 540,000 units in July, up 147.8% year on year and 8.1% month on month. New energy passenger vehicles accounted for 58.8% of total passenger vehicle exports, an increase of 14 percentage points compared with the same period in 2025. Among these, pure electric models made up 59.5% of new energy exports, lower than the 65.1% recorded in the same period of 2025. A00-class and A0-class pure electric models accounted for 42.2% of pure electric exports, higher than the 36.6% in the same period of 2025.
