Shenwan Hongyuan Has Invested in Wu Wenxinqiong, Xijing Technology; Supported Anji Technology's Convertible

The 2026 Science and Technology Innovation Industry Integration and Development Conference, with Shenwan Hongyuan Securities as a partner, was held in Shanghai on July 28, 2026. Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Party Secretary and Chairman Liu Jian delivered a speech at the conference.

In his speech, Liu Jian listed representative innovative enterprises cultivated by Shanghai in fields such as artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, biomedicine, smart vehicles, and humanoid robots, including MiniMax, Jieyue Xingchen, Muxi, Suiyuan, Zhiyuan Robot, and Fourier Intelligence.

Shenwan Hongyuan Securities has deepened its integrated service system of 'research plus investment plus investment banking' in recent years. On the research side, it established an industry research institute to strengthen research on emerging and future industries such as artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, commercial aerospace, and low-altitude economy. On the investment side, it invested in high-quality early- and mid-stage projects in Shanghai's science and innovation sector, including Wu Wenxinqiong and Xijing Technology. On the investment banking side, it supported Shanghai semiconductor company Anji Technology in completing convertible bond refinancing on the STAR Market, and new energy company Zhida Technology in listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange. In addition, in July 2025, it listed the Shenwan Hongyuan Listing Service Station at Xuhui Mosu Space; in November 2025, it led the establishment of the Xuhui District AI Fintech Ecology Alliance; and in December 2025, it inaugurated an investment and financing service station at Minhang Dalinghao Bay.
