Honor completed its listing guidance registration with the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau in June 2025, and has previously issued three phases of coaching filing reports.
The fourth phase of coaching focuses on four aspects: continuing comprehensive due diligence work, convening project work meetings, assisting in improving corporate governance systems, and helping the coaching target evaluate the investment projects to be funded by the proceeds. In the next stage, Citic Securities plans to continue delegating the existing coaching work team members to carry out the coaching work.
