NDRC and NEA Issue Renewable Energy 15th Five-Year Plan, Setting Four Targets
The National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration have jointly unveiled the Renewable Energy Development 15th Five-Year Plan. The plan, covering the 2026–2030 period, sets out targets in four areas: total renewable energy volume, power generation, non-electric utilization, and reliable substitution. It provides a policy framework to guide the sector’s development over the next five years.
